I met a librarian who literally looked at me and said, "we've chosen who we want this year". That's it, no real expression, no concern, no nothing. I laughed inside as I thought of how she's going to look when she realizes how valuable this storyteller is to children. In fact, no matter what I am doing, I use the right amount of expression. I guess I can officially say, like Judy, "She means well...bless her heart!" (Smiling amicably as I walked away...for now.)
