I restocked my candy cane.
I knew guest were coming,
I was hoping it wouldn't rain.
The weather in Florida is tricky
this time of the year. While most
celebrate Christmas with snow,
the sunny beach brings us
good cheer.
After all of our gifts are open,
and we've attended to strangers
with care;
we'll nestle in our homes with
the air conditioners on low,
pretending it's snowing here!
